Serious injuries the result of birth trauma

Errors such as these can lead to cerebral palsy brachial plexus injury, shoulder dystocia, Erb’s palsy and Klumpke’s palsy. They can lead to the death of the infant or the mother. Children who suffer birth injuries may never recover. Even those without severe injuries may be left with developmental delays, cognitive impairment and/or seizures. Many children will require long-term care. Our lawyers help parents obtain the resources they need to provide for children injured during birth.
